Our client is a well known New Zealand organisation who are involved in multiple exciting projects and we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong ITIL and process knowledge to fulfil an excellent new contract opportunity. Knowledge of Remedy would be very well regarded.

The ideal candidate will have well developed business analysis skills, and a depth of process knowledge. We require a candidate with a proven track record of writing business cases, requirements gathering, business process mapping, vendor assessment, gap analysis, creating functional specs and delivering high level documentation within a large corporate environment. Strong commercial acumen and astute relationship management skills are also needed.

It goes without saying that your communication skills, both written and oral, are exceptional; and that you are used to working in a busy high-pressure environment
