Senior Python Developer | Contract
- 6 month contract
- Python and PHP developement

6month contract is now available for a motivated, disciplined Python developer to join a highly performing team.
This is an exciting position that is appropriate for a senior Python Developer and requires at least 4 years full time Python and PHP web development experience. The position has responsibilities associated with on-going application development and maintenance and involves working in an agile environment with cutting edge technologies and concepts within a dynamic team.
You will have extensive, proven experience using the Django framework to deliver world class web applications. The ability to work unsupervised on projects and deliver quality code that is in line with the standards of the company and engineering team is essential.
The following skills are required for a successful application:
- Python 2.7
- MySQL 5
- Django 1.1 to 1.3 and Django CMS
- SOAP
- XMLRPC
- JavaScript
- JQuery
- CSS
- JSON
- Memcache
- Linux skills
Preference will be given to people who have worked extensively with Suberversion, SOLR, Haystack, Fabric and virtual environments This is a fantastic contract with an immediate start.
