We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager with prior experience project managing large CRM implementations.

You will be responsible for educating the Business on the implications of a full implementation, the processes involved and what is needed to be done to ensure a successful implementation.  To be considered for this role you will need to have previously implemented a CRM system within a large organisation.

This role would suit someone with a minimum 5 years pure project management experience who has run and delivered large CRM projects. You will be managing stakeholders and vendors and running 3 separate ‘test’ CRM project groups. Strong communication skills both written and oral are essential as is the ability to work with people at all levels within the Business.
